What is the Black Ops 6 equipment? While your primary method of combat in Call of Duty games will always be the gun you wield, the equipment in your back pocket shouldn’t be overlooked. Grenades, remote-controlled cars, and even throwing knives can play their part on the battlefield. Knowing what to use in each situation can be the key to success.
While the Black Ops 6 release date is still far on the horizon, we got a sneak peek into some new equipment on offer, both in the campaign and the multiplayer game. Long-time fans may recognize some returning gadgets, and should be excited by the prospect of new ways of dispatching their enemies and building up their Black Ops 6 prestige level.
All Black Ops 6 equipment
During the Call of Duty Direct showcase, we were given a glimpse at some new — and returning — pieces of equipment you’ll get to use when you build your loadouts.
Here is a list of every piece of equipment we know of in Black Ops 6:
- RC-XD
- Tranquilizer Trap
- Adrenaline Stim
- Homing Knife
- Disruptor
RC-XD
Surprisingly simple, and devastatingly effective. The RC-XD is a remote-controlled car with C4 explosives attached and a front-mounted camera for remote use. Deploy this in the field and detonate your enemies from a safe range.
Tranquilizer trap
What looks from the video like a small deployable trap with a proximity sensor. It releases a cloud of gas when triggered by an enemy, which looks to incapacitate foes for an indeterminate amount of time.
Adrenaline Stim
A small self-administered injection that, if Warzone is anything to go by, increases health regeneration and movement speed for a short period.
Homing Knife
From the footage, the Homing Knife looks like a throwable piece of equipment that not only damages enemies when it lands, but explodes shortly thereafter. From the name, we assume this also seeks foes out to some extent.
Disruptor
Much like the Shock Stick from Warzone, the Disruptor appears to pump electricity into its target, rendering them unable to move. The current running through their body also causes them to involuntarily pull the trigger on their currently held weapon.
That’s every bit of equipment we know of in Black Ops 6. We’ll update the full list once we know exactly what you can use in the new FPS game. For now, take a look at the Black Ops 6 system requirements so you can get your rig ready, and read up on how to get into the Black Ops 6 beta so you can get in on the action early.
